tributyl citrate (ATBC)
No toxic and no smell, FDA thinks this product
as one of safest plasciziers, and it has been
used as food wrapper, such as sensitive dairy
products, the bottle cork, the sealing ring
of bottled food, soft toy, medicinal products,
the coating film of long period releasing medicine,
,gum etc.

Plasticizers Regarded Harmless to Environment
According to the evaluation on environmental
harm by European Committee, plasticizer DINP and
DIDP do no harm to the environment.
The largest plasticizer manufacturer in the world
Exon Mobile and European Committee have conducted
the research on plasticizer and intermediate for
5 years. Their conclusion is: plasticizer isn't
a harmful product to the environment,that is to
say, products containing this chemical element
are harmless to the environment so no protective
or precautionary measures are needed.
810 ester
Phthalic acid 810 ester, also called phthalic
acid n-octyl,n-capric ester or for short 810 ester,
is a kind of general plasticizer composed by ¦Á-normal
C8, C10 mixed alcohol and benzene anhydride. 810
ester can be used as the key plasticizer of PVC
and with its high plasticizing efficiency, volatility
resistance, heat and freeze resistance, resistance
to oxidation, sanitation and clarity, 810 ester
is evidently superior to the currently widely-used
plasticizer DOP. It is applied to plastic industrial
products which have special demands of freeze
and heat resistance, aging resistance and sanitation,
such as heat-resisting cable, plastic spares for
car uses, high-grade artificial leather, food
and medical packaging material,etc. In many fields,
it can replace DINP, DIDP and freeze resisting
plasticizer. In developed countries like Japan,
Holland and USA, this product has been allowed
to be used in food and medical packaging materials.
As the replacement of DOP, this product has a
broad perspective for development.
